How to play Keno Light online

Keno Light is our simple, quickfire version of the classic US lottery game.

Choose your 8 numbers from the 40 on the grid. During the game, 10 numbers are drawn from the drum. The more numbers drawn that match with the ones you choose, the higher your payout.

1. First choose your stake, from 20p up to £50 (maximum payout £25,000).
   
   
2. Choose your numbers from the grid. You can pick from 1 up to 8 numbers. The more numbers you pick, the greater your potential payout.
   
   
3. Setting Minimum Hits for payout - With Keno Light, you get to choose the minimum number of hits you would like to win on. For example, if you choose 8 numbers you can choose whether you'd like to win on matching 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 numbers or just 5,6,7 and 8 numbers. The more risk you take, the higher your potential payout. This feature means that you have the flexibility to change the potential payout for a higher or lower number of hits. Don't worry, it's very easy to understand when you play the game.
   
   For example - You choose 8 numbers at a £1 stake and you choose your win range to be between 1 and 8 hits. Let's say you get 5 hits, your win will be £6.62. If you got 4 hits your win would be £1.48
   
   Now let's say you changed your win range from between 5 and 8 hits. Your win for 5 hits would be £13.24 however your win would be £0 if you only got 4 hits.
   
   
4. When you are happy with your stake and the numbers you have chosen, start the draw by clicking "Play". The draw begins.
   
   
5. You can sit and watch the draw, or if you prefer to speed things up, just click on "Turbo" on the drum and the draw will unfold in seconds.
   
   
6. For each number that is drawn that matches one you chose (ie. a hit) your payout increases. When 10 numbers have been drawn, or all your numbers have been matched, whichever comes first, the game is complete. The value of your prize will depend on how many hits you get.

This popular game was introduced to North America by the Chinese in the late 19th Century. The name Keno evolves from the word "Chinese Lottery" and is one of the most popular games played on the Vegas strip.
